About Guru Ghasidas University (GGU)

Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya is a Central University of India, located in Bilaspur C.G. State, established under Central Universities Act 2009, No. 25 of 2009. Formerly called Guru Ghasidas University (GGU), established by an Act of the State Legislative Assembly, was formally inaugurated on June 16, 1983. GGU is an active member of the Association of Indian Universities and Association of Commonwealth Universities. The National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC) has accredited the University as B+. Situated in a socially and economically challenged area, the university is appropriately named to honor the great Satnami Saint Guru Ghasidas (born in the 17th century), who championed the cause of the downtrodden and waged a relentless struggle against all forms of social evils and injustice prevailing in the society. The University is a residential cum affiliating institution, having its jurisdiction spread over Bilaspur Revenue Division of the state of Chhattisgarh.

Students can Download their Respective Semester Exams Scheme for Master Degree Programme, Bachelor Degree Programme, Diploma & Advance Diploma Programme & Certificates Programme, the course will be held in August/ December for all Semester Exams, Exams will be held in two sessions Forenoon & Afternoon. Time Limit for Exam is 3 Hours. Students are advised to keep in touch with the website check notification timely.

GGU Exam Admit Card / Hall Ticket Download

Admit cards Guru Ghasidas University will be published 1 month before the exams. Admit cars contain Students related details like name, address, center, time duration etc. Applied Students can download the admit cards from the official portal on online mode. Students who appear exams have to carry admit cards and id proof with them. If fails to carry, Students will not give permission to attain exams.

To Download admit cards type correct detail in web page details such as registration name, the birth of dates etc. after downloading admit cards from website take print copies of it and stick your passport size photos in specified place. Keep copies of hall tickets in case if hall ticket gets lost, miss placed etc Students can use it in place of the original.

Guru Ghasidas University (GGU) Bilaspur B.Tech & B.Pharm Admission 2019

GGU offers full-time B.Tech and B.Pharm courses in various discipline for the duration of four years. The minimum eligibility criteria are 12th (10+2) (PCM/B) with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Students with a valid score in JEE Main are eligible to apply for B.Tech and VET qualified are eligible for B.Pharm program.

Guru Ghasidas University (GGU) Bilaspur Undergraduate Admission 2019: B.Sc, BA, B.Com, B.Ed, B.P.Ed, B.Lib.I.Sc & BSW

At UG level, GGU offers B.Sc, BA, B.Com, B.Ed, B.P.Ed, B.Lib.I.Sc and BSW courses in different specializations. Admission is offered on the basis of Students performance in VET conducted by the university followed by counseling. GGU also offers Integrated BA-LL.B and BBA-LL.B programs along with Diploma and D.Pharm courses. Admission to these courses is also based on the score in VET.

Guru Ghasidas University (GGU) Bilaspur Postgraduate Admission 2019: MA, M.Sc, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, M.Lib.Sc & MSW

GGU also offers MA, M.Sc, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, M.Lib.Sc & MSW. A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with 50% marks in aggregate is the minimum eligibility criteria. Students have to appear in VET to secure admission in these courses.

Guru Ghasidas University (GGU) Bilaspur M.Tech, MBA, MCA & M.Pharm Admission 2019

GGU offers M.Tech, MBA & M.Pharm courses for the duration of two years and MCA for three years in full-time mode. Students need to appear in VET to get admission in M.Tech, MCA, and M.Pharm courses. Apart from VET score, GATE and GPAT qualified Students can apply for M.Tech and M.Pharm courses respectively. For MBA, a valid score in CMAT is mandatory.

Guru Ghasidas University (GGU) Bilaspur Ph.D. Admission 2019

Apart from UG and PG courses, the university also offers Ph.D. programs in various specializations. In order to seek admission in Ph.D., Students have to pass a Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline with 55% marks in aggregate. GGU organizes VRET to provide admission to the Ph.D. program. CSIR NET/ UGC NET or GATE qualified Students are eligible to apply.

• Fill the form and pay the application fee of INR 400 (INR 200 for SC/ST/ PWD) by Credit/ Debit card or through Net-Banking.
• Take the printout of duly filled form and retain it for future purpose.

OR

Obtain the application from admission counter of the university on payment of INR 500 (INR 300 for SC/ST/ PWD) through cash or DD.
